Dr. Sameer Jain is a Double Board-certified Neurologist and Interventional Pain Physician. He has dedicated his entire career to treating patients with chronic pain. He uses a variety of methods for the management of chronic pain. These include but are not limited to medication management, physical therapy, and minimally invasive interventional pain procedures. Dr. Jain is particularly interested in using new technologies to manage chronic pain. He is a published researcher and serves on the editorial board of several international peer-reviewed pain publications.
Kashia Vang is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping patients manage pain and live healthier, more fulfilling lives. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington and has over eight years of experience in both pediatric and adult care settings. Kashia’s interest in pain management began early in her career while working as a Licensed Practical Nurse, where she saw firsthand the impact of compassionate, effective pain treatment. Today, she continues to take a patient-centered approach, focusing on clear communication, evidence-based pain treatment plans, and long-term wellness.
Hannah Hardwick, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in chronic pain management. Beginning December 2025, she will join Pain Treatment MD, where she will provide comprehensive evaluation and long-term management for patients living with chronic pain. Hannah is dedicated to improving patients’ quality of life through individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that may include medication management, interventional procedures, and lifestyle strategies to promote function and overall well-being.
