Hannah Hardwick, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Family Nurse Practitioner

Beginning December 2025, she will join Pain Treatment MD, where she will provide comprehensive evaluation and long-term management for patients living with chronic pain. Hannah is dedicated to improving patients’ quality of life through individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that may include medication management, interventional procedures, and lifestyle strategies to promote function and overall well-being.

Before joining Pain Treatment MD, Hannah practiced at Baptist Health Urgent Care, providing high-quality, patient-centered care in an urgent care setting, and at National Park Medical Center, where she served as an emergency room nurse and charge nurse. Her background in emergency and urgent care has strengthened her clinical judgment, adaptability, and communication skills—qualities she now applies to the complex, multidisciplinary field of pain management.

Hannah earned her Master of Science in Nursing (Family Nurse Practitioner) from Chamberlain University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Arkansas–Fort Smith. She maintains certifications in ACLS, PALS, and BLS, and holds an active DEA license.
